Accessibility Statement

At Min y Don Llandudno, we want all our guests to feel welcome and comfortable during their stay. Our Victorian property offers charm and character, but due to its age and design, there are some accessibility limitations. We have provided the following information to help you decide if our accommodation meets your needs.

Arrival and Parking

We have limited on-site parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Additional on-street parking may be available nearby.
The main entrance has one step (approx. 8 inches), followed by two further steps into the hallway.
Unfortunately, we do not have a ramp or level access.

Inside the Property

The public areas are well lit.
There is no lift on the premises due to the age and structure of the building.
The breakfast room is located on the ground floor.
There is no ground-floor WC.

Guest Accommodation

Ground Floor Suite – Located on the ground floor with step-free access once inside the building. Please note the main entrance still has steps (one step approx. 8 inches, followed by two steps into the hallway).

First Floor Rooms (101 & 102) – 15 steps from the ground floor (two handrails). Stairs are steeper than average due to the Victorian design.

Second Floor Rooms (201, 202 & 203) – A further 14 steps (two handrails).

Third Floor Rooms (301 & 302) – A further 14 steps (two handrails).

All upper-floor rooms are accessed by stairs only.

Due to the building’s layout and historic structure, the property may not be suitable for guests who are unable to manage stairs.

Dietary Requirements

We are happy to cater for specific dietary requirements with advance notice. Please let us know your needs when booking or prior to arrival.

Assistance

Assistance with luggage is available upon request.
Service dogs are welcome.
Staff are always happy to help with any questions or special requests.
We have made reasonable adjustments to our policies wherever possible to improve accessibility.
