It is necessary for us to hold and process certain Personal Information about you in order to enable us to process your accommodation booking. This may include the following information:

Sources of information about you

We will collect personal information directly from you (phone and / or email). We may also obtain information about you from our data processor eviivo Limited and other third parties providing services in connection with the operation of our online booking system. Your credit/debit card details are only used to process the transaction you have requested and your card details are NOT stored or used in any other way by us.

Our Website uses ‘cookies’ (small files saved in your browser) in order to collect information on how you and other internet users use this Website, in order to improve the Website and our services to you. Cookies do not identify you by name but they identify your IP address and general location enabling us to track visits and usage of this Website. We may also use Google Analytics in order to understand the effectiveness of our website. Google Analytics collect and store cookies on a server in the USA in order to measure and report on site visits in aggregate.
