We have no issues if you wish to bring sandwiches, crisps, chocolates etc to your room. However, we ask our guests to never bring hot foods eg fish and chips, pizza, curry etc to the rooms as the residual smells can last for weeks and linen can be damaged, rendering the room unuseable for days thereafter. Lost letting days and professional cleaning costs will be fully chargeable in such instances. The application of common sense in this regard will be most helpful.

Yes. We offer a limited number of on-site parking spaces for guests who book directly with Min y Don Llandudno. As parking availability is limited, all spaces must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability.

Our parking area can accommodate vehicles up to 4.75 metres in length, and a maximum of five vehicles can be parked on-site at any one time.

For the comfort of all guests, we are unable to accept pets within our guest rooms. Please note, however, that we have a private security team comprising three large breed dogs on site. If you suffer from pet related allergies, please call us in advance to discuss. We do, of course, accept registered service dogs.

No, we do not have a lift at Min y Don. All guest rooms are accessed via a central staircase.

Yes. We offer a ground floor suite, making Min y Don Llandudno a suitable choice for guests seeking accommodation in Llandudno with minimal stairs.

Please note that there are three steps from street level into the building, and there is one step into the bathroom within the ground floor suite. While this room avoids the main stairway to the upper floors, it may not be suitable for all mobility requirements.

Our remaining guest bedrooms are located on the first, second and third floors and are accessed via a central staircase. Please note that we do not have a lift.

There are 3 steps into the building from street level. Our reception, bar and breakfast room are all located on the ground floor. From our hallway a flight consisting of 15 stairs take guests to the first floor guest accommodation space. If you require a lower floor room, please ensure availability prior to making a reservation by either contacting us by email (enquiries@minydon.wales) or phone (01492876511). Further staircases afford access to our second and third floor accommodation.
